And what's going to happen when she suddenly reappears? Whatever the reason is for her disappearing, it will be an anticlimax. It will probably drag on until Roy goes to trial and then she'll barge in during it or something stupid.

Annoys me so much. Ages ago, when he came back after a break he'd developed this new style of acting. Kind of "I'm a worthy method actor now" type acting. Drives me up the wall.

The whole storyline involving Lauren’s “Murder” and Roy being charged is absolutely ridiculous. They have hardly any evidence and haven’t even got a body. It’s also has echoes of the Joanna Yates and Christopher Jeffries case.

It’s absolutely ridiculous- a man accused of murder and getting threats just lets random people stay at his house!! At least try and make it a bit realistic ffs!! As for Lauren, I couldn’t give a toss if her character is dead or alive, just get this storyline over with!

I'm guessing the storyline isn't really about Lauren but the injustice of a popular character like Roy (who we all know couldn’t possibly do it) being charged with murder. So it's really all about him & how he is being treated.

I’m not enjoying the Roy storyline, i think its representative of Christopher Jefferies who was accused & vilified by the media of Joanna Yeates murder, simply because he was a bit “odd” (sorry I can’t think of a better word).

I've not read up on it at all so have no spoilers but couldn't decide whether it was the mother and she was going to take revenge or just the press trying to get a story. Either way, although can imagine Roy taking somebody in, the others would have put a stop to it.

this to me jsut screams at another pathetic attempt by the writers to ensure we all remember Daisy is the character we should be rooting for. Bethany’s stupidity has also been amped up times a hundred so that she comes off awful next to Daisy. Every character has to be vilified so we don’t forget that Daisy is the new chosen one amongst the writers.
