I haven't bothered with corrie or Emmerdale lately when it's on , I just have them as background noise after work while playing with the kids or doing house work. They're so boring , I'd rather watch a good drama series on a night now. Suppose its just a sign of the times too obviously years ago the soaps were the best option but now you can watch pretty much anything you want.

Every time they show Craig in CID I imagine how ridiculous he’d look in a police drama or The Bill. He’d be so out of place

Yet again the only detective in Weatherfield police station! Surely there would be a murder branch who investigate, you know....murders?
