Tracy didn’t admit that Amy was Steve’s child until she was a few weeks/months old. Her & Steve had a one night stand

She pretended her & Roy had slept together (they hadn’t, she got him drunk I think) and Roy thought for a while he was the father. Tracy then sold the baby to Roy & Hayley
 
This daisy storyline is so close to home for me. A guy I briefly saw for a few months that it didn’t work out with stalked me. When I got into a relationship with someone months down the line he would bombard me with messages on all forms of social media including email addresses daily, contacted friends, family, my boyfriends family - this has been ongoing for the past 5yrs off and on. I went to the police numerous times and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything as I hadn’t been physically harmed. 6 times I went to the police. They said just take myself off social media etc. it just wasn’t taken seriously. It will be interesting to see how this storyline plays out but Corrie used to be such a light programme full of laughter and wit, now it’s just completely grim viewing :cautious:

Didn't todd have his face slashed (iirc) seemed to be forgotten, I can't remember if this is remembered in make up but certainly not remembered in terms of mental health/appearance (in personal terms)

They done it to Ross Barton in Emmerdale, he had the (terrible) make up put on for every filming.

It hits home with me also, my ex was constantly messaging and phoning so I blocked him. Only to find him recorded on my doorbell stalking my property. It then went on to following me around streets/shops/pubs/my work. It's a serious issue and like what happened with daisy sometimes it isn't taken seriously by police to start and only until it goes to the extreme. I think they are covering this story well, stalking could go to the lengths corrie portray but i think the main thing in real life is to report absolutely everything before it reaches this point.
