As if that laptop would still be open after Carla had long left the office and went to the pub. Laptops usually go to sleep after a few minutes of inactivity and the person using it would need to wake it up and use the password to get back into it

Yet the laptop was fully open and ready for Stephen to delete the meeting from the calendar after Carla probably last used it an hour or so before
