I assumed Stephen was going to pocket the LSD to put in someone else’s food or drink sometime in the future if/when that person pisses him off

He was going to put it in Rufus’s drink before Rufus started having heart palpitations but I wouldn’t put it past Stephen to keep the LSD for a rainy day for one of his enemies
