He wouldn’t necessarily have her beaten up, he could make her life hell without anyone laying a hand on her.

He could leak intimate photos or videos of her to humiliate her.

He could take her home and her car away.

He could make vexatious reports about her to social services and the police. These reports would need to be investigated even if they were false.

He might well try and ensure she lost custody of their kids.

If she’s ever taken any drugs with him then he’s probably got evidence of that and he’d leak that info so she’d find it harder to keep them.

But as he's the father of those kids when she leaves he gets joint custody, or every other weekend or whatever. Would any of us happily send our kids to their dads for visitation if that dad was McGregor? Dee may be staying to protect her kids, she can intervene to literally take the hits when he lashes out. If she leaves who protects those kids when they are with their dad and he's coked off his face and being violent?

I haven't even read the rest of the comments yet but the dee blaming is crazy. A blind man can see she is in a controlled relationship. He has serious underground links ffs. Her and her family would be hounded and intimidated if she even thought about leaving. And you can be guaranteed that he said if she leaves she can leave the kids. I think she is an absolute muppet for being with him but i also know she cant escape

I cannot, really cannot understand this. A doctor confirming he surgically removed a tampon from a victim and photos of her bruising and cuts - all lining up with her statement. That isn’t evidence!?!?

No girl, no matter how kinky it got would let a tampon stay in place and put her life in danger during sex. Has toxic shock been mentioned!?

Agree with what’s already been addressed but just one other point here. Cast your mind back to 2018, Conor was still largely considered a sporting hero back then. That’s why I believed Ryan Tubrity was at the party too. Conor’s name wasn’t dirt to most YET. A party boy at most?

I’ve heard from many sources that Dee is from a lovely family and Dee herself was known as a really lovely friendly girl.

Whether she wins or loses,the details of that night, especially the tampons having to be removed by a doctor is all out there to see just the type of person he is.if she was out of her head on coke or drunk she couldn’t have consented anyway.I hope she wins and get the compensation she deserves but she is definitely a brave woman either way to show the world who he is 👏
 
anyone noticed how everytime dee looses the pregnancy weight and is looking well he gets her pregnant again it's a way to control her. I'd say she has put up with a lot from him and has seen what he has done to other people who went against so she just keeps him sweet to keep the peace . his mother and sisters are a disgrace for always bigging up this prick

Wasn’t she offered money to disappear like the rest?

It isn’t about money to her. That alone proves she’s focused on justice and getting a danger off the streets. She could have taken the money and ran. She’s lost 6 years of her life to take this on.

The word brave gets overused a lot but Nikita, her partner and family even legal team are brave to publically take on McRapist. Worried incase he went for them after with his goons. I’d also be nervous of being on the jury incase he had me tracked down after. I don’t know if I even trust the Gardai to protect given this story to date.

A cruel thought but I wonder is Dee at the stage of being relieved he’s out harassing others? Gives her a break.

If he rapes women who say no, there’s no way he hasn’t raped Dee. I’m sorry to say it but there’s no way in their long relationship that she has said no and he’s left her alone.

I've an awful feeling this is eventually going to outrage. And a investigation into the DPP. By dropping the case has opened a big can of worms 🪱 now.

At the end of the day regardless of this particular outcome, we’re confirmation of a violent rapist thug roaming our streets with loads of finance and gangland members to support his reign of terror. I want him off the streets!!!!
