You would think having no recollection would automatically mean she was raped? They obviously found his dna inside her. It's infuriating 😡😡

He’s not denying sleeping with her .. he’s saying it was consensual.. covering his tracks for his dna been there.. be interesting to see if there was any of James Lawrence dna inside her since she doesn’t remember having sex with him ..
 
I'm not saying this didn't happen so you can all not come for me but why did she think it was a good idea meeting him? What good was really going to come from that? She said she knew him from the area and to say hello to, surely she had heard the rumours of previous things he's done and she also had a boyfriend. Why was she messaging Mcgregor in the early hours off the morning.

She said herself for a party. Nobody goes out thinking they will get raped! She doesn’t deserve any blame here. It’s him, he is a vicious sick thug who gets his kicks from beating & raping women.

I'd say she said to herself I feel like being violently raped tonight and ruining my whole life. Sure I'm fed up working so hopefully il be so traumatised I won't be able to work.

He was a hero around the area for years could do no wrong.

These cases are so hard to get over the line, unfortunately. A family member was SA, and after a year of back and forth with dpp numerous statements with guards , all the reports from the SATU and cctv , the DPP came back deciding not to charge. The guards couldn't believe it. They believed the evidence was so strong. After appealing the dpp's decision, it finally went to court, but it was a long, long process. I hope this girl gets the justice she deserves.

Did the Guards or her appeal the DDP decision? I hope they did.
 
Look like it was just his dad there with him. His ma, sisters, doormat Dee where no where to be seen. Wonder was that his attempt to shield them from the sickening things he done.

How Dee can stay with him after this is beyond me. Now would be the perfect time for her to break free and leave. Even if it is an abusive relationship and shes been staying because shes scared. I do hope this is the trigger that causes her to leave. It will be interesting to see who stands by his side and who disappears over the next week or two.

The only thing thing that will make her leave are the children if you ask me. If he starts getting violent with them maybe she will leave.

Like I said there is one degree of separation between everyone in Ireland. That includes the DPP and its staff. What more do they bleeping want.

Honestly people should be on the streets over this. Enough is enough. From what we have been told there is absolutely sufficient evidence for a criminal trial.

Natasha O'Brien mobilised people the last time, I'm sure she is seething at this.

The guards did on her behalf. She was very reluctant to appeal it. There was a new female guard on the unit that deals with these case, and she was adamant that they were appealing it. We believe that only for her it wouldn't have been appealed because my relative didn't have the strength to do it at this point, and the guard on the case previously wasn't that pushed. And just to add, it came to court back in April nearly 4 years after it happened. That female guard had left the force but arrived at the court the first day of trial and stayed for the 2 weeks supporting her even though she was no longer part of the case. We were so lucky that she fell in that unit when she did. Because I firmly believe we would have never got justice.

It wouldn't surprise me if he has Dee and the kids locked away somewhere abroad with no media access. He's a dirtbird.

That's so sad! Imagine wanting your kids to be around someone like him. There are always ways out. Sure she could move home to her parents who from what I understand don't like him and then go after him for child support which more than likely would be thousands a month and then she wouldn't have to put up with his crap anymore.

How could she not think about the example shes setting for her kids.

My respect to Nikita & her family for getting him into a courtroom. That took guts & determination.
