Think they're just hell bent on the whole Morgan hotel v beacon, they keep going back to it for some reason and because she says the Morgan a lot in the recording they probably think it'll help show she didn't know where she was or what she was doing.

Her injuries cannot be explained away by confusion though. They're clutching at straws.

Also disgusting him saying she initiated it and she wanted to have sex with him cause she was jealous he was coming on to Danielle?!
And saying at one point she had her legs over his shoulders Enjoying it 😡😡😡

Hoping that common sense prevails here 🤞🤞😪😪
 
Thankfully the worst of it seems to be over from his defence. The recording that the defence produced literally backed up her claims, she didn’t even contradict herself in relation to not knowing where she was etc.

Not sure what they were playing at, cause that kind of puts them on the back foot and shows the state she was in.

The defence aren’t stupid there’s a method to his madness ..
 
Surely her being very drunk goes in her favour as in she couldn't of consented to anything. Especially as she was wearing a tampon.
My wish is that when Mcgregor gets cross examined the role him and he loses the head. He is not used to anyone saying no to him and not getting what he wants. Has lived the last few years with yes men and hanger ons. I would LOVE if he lost it.
 
I hope the jury understand that even if she drank the contents of a brewery & snorted her body weight in coke she didn’t not consent to a violent rape and beating. Please god there are some level headed people on that jury. No woman would put herself through this process for money. It’s another type of brutal assault

For me the medical evidence is indefensible and it's indefensible that the DPP dismissed that.

Exactly .. very little about the rape more about what happened after it as in her staying in the hotel with james L instead of going home or to the police .. the defence are making people question her character all part of the bigger picture..
