Me too, and as much as that vegetarian storyline annoys me, it’s so much more lighthearted than the constant misery they have in the newer episodes.

I was watching it today on my laptop with headphones in as my husband was gaming on our telly. He said to me, "you laugh so much more watching the classic episodes than you do watching modern day Corrie".

I don't know if it's just me, but the actress who played Toyah's mate Pip in today's episode reminded me very much of that TV "psychologist" Emma Kenny. I noticed the actress' name was Emma Taylor. Had a google but couldn't find anything.

Anyone else see a resemblance?

It's a weird one. Plus the copper that Curly is courting is called Emma Taylor. (Character not the actress).

There's an imdb page, but all that's on it is this one episode of CC. Hmmmmm.
