Look at a KY county map…see the counties bordering OH that are deemed “Northern Kentucky”

Once you find that county, type “x county auditor pva” into Google.

Then, choose to search property records by owner.

Then, type “Rogal.”

Then you’ll see the address - and the sale price.

This took me 3 min. As of now, Redfin still has a photo of the exterior.

But do we know which county they bought in? I searched Campbell county and could not find it.

Holy cow, you’re good!! I found pics of the inside on other websites— honestly it feels like a decent deal for the price (not a big yard but I guess what’s what they want hah). I’m shocked there’s no fireplace!
 
It does seem more reasonable than the first dream house. It's nice and I hope they will be happy, but, it does seem rushed. A few months ago she really wanted to live in downtown St. Petersburg. This seems more isolated. Get ready for the house tours.
 
can't wait to see updates on her "Clancy room" god her voice is like nails on a chalk board and she's becoming super unbearable to watch. I dont even know why I watch her vlogs anymore, I was really into her when she was a reporter, now she is just not even making an effort for her vlogs. she's changed and not for the better. and zac just isn't vlog worthy....
 
I remember a few years ago recommending her to a friend who lived in Cincinnati. I genuinely enjoyed her videos. Now I am embarrassed I recommended her, she’s got to be the most pretentious human on the planet. If she thought the internet wouldn’t know her address in 30 seconds she’s an idiot.

I think we all did! She used to be SO different it’s wild to happen upon her old videos (and by old I literally mean 2020 haha)

She was definitely a pleasure to watch back then, now it feels like a chore.
 
When she mentioned working with a furniture store I thought it would be an interesting opportunity. And then she said Zac set it up and negotiated everything??? Girl WHAT? You’re not even the one looking for these collabs?

yes! She is doing video for them but it will not be on her channel it will be on the furniture stores website and social media.

I guess he is trying to get her to hustle. I think it might be time for dear Clancy to get a real job.
 
I didn't like her prank about the dog and I like Zac's prank even less. Pranks are supposed to be harmless and funny and neither of them were. Also why did he think it would be a good idea to do that on a day where she's already stressed with moving and her car not working? They are really immature.

Also, notice how she never asked whether the people in the other car were ok. :unsure:
