that would make a lot of sense actually. I never understood what she gained from it. Employment during a pandemic and then can work in a salon again when its over looks good on her CV and her bank account if she ever needs a mortage. She's smarter than I was giving her credit for.

She done duck all, stomped around the place like she was the queen of sheeba! I was in it and it was a very uncomfortable experience thanks to Claire, the qualified hair dresser was lovely! Amy was also there that day her and Claire look so alike it’s uncanny! Amy wasn’t doing much either, her and Claire came across as sneery witches when they were together!

I can only imagine those two together I’d say their a right pair of mean girls. Sorry you an uncomfortable experience with her :(

Nothing I couldn’t handle 🤗 after my first visit I had to wait for the paper work to be approved before I went back, waited weeks and weeks and every time I called Claire fobbed me off and said oh yeah iv been speaking to the HSE and they haven’t got around to your paper work yet etc etc, after months of waiting I called the HSE myself and they never received it, had no record of anything! Got on to Denise as obviously I wasn’t going to trust duck face Claire again and I was sorted in no time! Denise was an absolute lady to deal with!

Thats shocking and Denise as always ever the professional, sounds like Claire is still same with her own business now. She should have apologised or been made apologise for her complete incompetence.

Ever the professional is right, I sent her a Dm on Instagram and within minutes she voice noted me back apologising ( I explained briefly didn’t go into detail that Claire had fobbed me off for months as it was was it was at that stage). I would guess it wasn’t the first or the last time she had to pick up after Claire! Claire apologise are you having a laugh, I’d say pigs would fly quicker 😂😂

Oh I’d say it was one of many of Claire not doing her job properly and poor Denise having to apologise to a client because of it.

Just saw on her stories that she is doing online consultations!! Like wtf?! How is she allowed give professional advice when she has no qualifications. I’m shocked that she is allowed to do that tbh.
