I wish Claire was more transparent about what/ where/ how long she is studying because at least then people could trust what she is saying. I have grand hair, but learnt a bit from her and bought some products she mentioned (somewhere else much cheaper!) and it has really improved it. But I agree that the old Claire is slipping into the Trua page and it would be a real pity if that happened. It is clearly a good little business for her right now so she should keep it as professional as possible.

Have to disagree anyone can remark on makeup but this woman is giving advice to very vulnerable women that she not qualified to give it’s shocking she’s acting as of she’s a trained professional it’s dangerous in my eyes to be honest it won’t end well she will eventually be shown up for what she is.
 
Came across her from other treads, went and had a look tonight.. what a car crash.. seriously. Who would take professional advice from her.. the random comments mid sentence about 'the state of my brows' or ' the tan on my fingers' then continues to take about a product... WTAF is she really trying to run a business and go on like that...

As far as I can make out, she can do what she wants. Trichologists aren’t registered medical professionals
 
I bet Amy is waiting for the pandemic to end to go back to an actual salon instead of been sat listening to claire roar daily and do admin.

I remember when she left the college 2yrs ago, she claimed first she was leaving in a month & suddenly she was finished. No big staff party like I thought she'd have, she clearly burnt her bridges there by going sick and I said I give Pelo a year & low & behold she was gone quicker than that, even I shocked myself at how quickly it happened.

She is one of the most work shy people I have ever encountered.

I don’t think she tests them out (she been using the same ones herself for a while now). She just reads the back of the bottles and calls it a consultation 😅
 
I wasn’t following her during her Pelo days how long was she working there for? I’m convinced she just wants to be like Denise and is massively jealous and bitter. Did Denise give her the boot or did she just leave herself?

I bet you she’s kicking herself she left her original job now. Denise should be given some sort of an award for having to work with her everyday. What did she actually do there, receptionist?
