Chupi Sweetman

Only €700 in the difference between the lab-grown Crown of Hope and the actual diamond one.... I thought the whole point of lab grown was they were significantly cheaper to produce, so shouldn't there be a more significant price differential?
She's only discontinued the real diamond so it saves HER money. But using a war and painting herself as some amazing humanitarian as the actual story. She should consider becoming a children's author she seems great at making up fairytales.

Maybe for "high end" jewellery but town was buzzing otherwise!

The shop always looks dead! She needs a smaller space than what she has now. She must be paying a fortune in rent for it....

She didn't announce it on their social channel which you would think would be important? Just not a good sign overall Either she's too scabby to pay for after work training or she's not making money in thd store that it's worth it to close during the day

Her mam should lay off Bambie Thug. It's the broadcaster's decision to boycott, not the artist who's probably under contract. And she keeps saying RTE is sponsored by Israeli company Moroccan oil - not true, the competition itself is. Fair enough to want to boycott, but 1) be fully informed and 2) don't punch down and lay the blame at the feet of a small artist.

Looks like they're moving out of that huge Powerscourt shop..... No mention on her personal account of this.....

She's super sneaky with everything she does..she acts like she's a millionaire but the business can't pay staff most of the time. Gives out freebies to Roz,nadia and a few other huns while other people pay ridiculous money for her stuff.

My cousin’s engagement ring and wedding set are from here. They bought them 5 years ago and the price for the set is now 2k cheaper than then. She is gutted. We went on to look at reviews and there are a few people saying the same thing but some saying things they have bought are now more dear! Make it make sense.

I’ll never trust them anyway considering they are pretending that those stag coin necklaces from 1980-89 are minted from “real” coins. As I said before, that coin was not in circulation until 1990. Yes, my secret shame is that I am a coin collector. Hence why I wanted the necklace for my birth year 1987 and realised it should not be a stag!!

Did she ever address this?? It was a great scam .

I just went to check and the copy on the listing has changed to say:

Crafted from 14k solid gold, this exquisite piece is a modern reinterpretation of the iconic Irish £1 coin inspired by a coin from Chupi's grandmother's sewing box.

It did not say “modern reinterpretation” before, it said it was cast from a coin from the grandmother’s sewing box. There must be little spies on this thread.

Here is the original way it was sold:

She has a lot of stories behind things and they are neatly all bullshit.

This is hilarious 🤣 I have a little box of them put away upstairs, purely for memories.

I’m off now to stick a chain on them, open an insta account, write a few sob stories of how I found one beside a creek in county Wicklow, another I found in the hand of my dying grandmother who told me to take the coin and change lives with it.

I’ll be rich by this afternoon, thanks tattlers and goodbye 👋🏻
