Omg such a crap nights sleep. Didn’t fall asleep til near 1 and then was wide awake at 3, then 4, then 5 and now giving up trying. I feel rubbish now. Maybe the last work week in this job is playing on my mind more than I thought. I’m in charge of all the leaving cards and stuff and sorting all that out today.

Going to do a strong coffee in my cafetiere I think and try perk myself up. Will try and get an earlier one tonight but I go through periods of insomnia at times so might have to ride that train for a bit. Hooray.

All the young people lately seem to be wearing clothes from the 90's! Lots of crop tops and H&M even have LA Raiders jackets, that were the in thing in my high school days..They will bring back the Naff and Spliffy jackets next! Although I have always wanted a global hypercolour t-shirt!

I am expecting most of you to be too young to have a clue what I'm going on about!

P.S I don't like slushies 🤣

I found out last night someone I knew a long time ago has passed away. Not seen this person for years and was not close to them but followed them on insta throughout their cancer battle. I think I feel funny about it as they were exactly the same age as me (35 so still so young) and had not long been married. Horrible. Life is awful sometimes.

It's so hard to do when you are caught up in the daily slog of life but we must really make the most of every moment.

On a happier note - I was up at 5 and at a gym class at 6. So am feeling good!
