It bugs me that those terms are so overused and bandied about by the media so freely....nation's sweetheart...national treasure etc....to the point that they become pretty meaningless.

She was convicted of calling her a bleeping witch and punching her face in. They didn't prove beyond all reasonable doubt that she called her a bleeping black witch before smashing her face in.

So legally she's just a violent criminal and not a violent and racist criminal.
