Beyond bland and immature.

I was shocked at how rude he was to Fern though, he didn’t even look up when he spoke to her. He’s coming across like an arse and I cba with Colson or Bradley either. They bring nothing

It would not be half as good without him. It's great to have someone in there, who is at the stage in their life, where they don't really have to worry what others think, or whether they will get work afterwards. 😁

He was so funny last night it was my favourite night of the series. Nikita was such a little tit to Fern the little brat. 😡

I admire her in some ways but I think she has quite an ugly side too. I do remember her and Schofield being really sneery together before the fallout.

Maybe he’s heard about her from the Strictly circuit? Maybe he sees through her/sees things we don’t?

I know this will be an unpopular opinion but I thought her nomination speech about ES was unnecessarily spiteful. To stand there and attack her character like that and humiliate her show Fern in a bad light for me.

Nikita is criticised for having no opinion and even more when he appears to not like someone.

It’s about Fern. I just think she has an unpleasant side. To treat ANY housemate like that is the worst thing any of them has done during this show imo.

Older housemates tend to have more interesting conversations but also tend to be forgiven a lot more.

Nikita seems a pretty perceptive boy. If it wasn’t about Fern everyone would be praising him for supporting his friend! At the end of the day it’s the HMs who have the experience of living with each other and spending enforced time together.

I hate all the partisan stuff. When Nikita didn’t seem to react to Marisha he was attacked. We don’t know his take on it and what may have been left out.

I think maybe I shouldn’t watch BB as I find all the manipulation of events really insulting to our intelligence and a bit grubby! I think I watch because Louis makes me laugh!

The first words out of Bradley's mouth was something got to do with him being gay and autistic. Anytime he is on screen he is crying. Boooring personality.

Nikita is as vanilla as they come. So so bland.

I think Colson is livelier than the other 2. Tries to have a laugh.

Louis was spot on the other night at the kissing booth nominations..."stop the crying!"...sees right through it.

Ferns evisceration of Ekin Su was beautiful. Little horrible with needed to be put back in hee box.

I doubt he's ever met Artem, so I wouldn't have thought that was it, but after reading the Sun article that was linked here in the last thread, I could see how it might be.

She accused him of being abusive - kicking and shoving her, yelling at her, insulting her weight etc - and he (well, his management) unequivocally denied it.

Before I read that article I assumed that he had agreed that they clashed because his teaching style was too strict for her, but to find out that he claimed he did nothing like that and she made it all up and he was totally shocked by the accusations.... well, maybe that could be a reason Nikita doesn't like her or doesn't trust her.

FWIW I think I believe her account more than Artem's carefully worded PR statement, but I could maybe see Nikita taking Strictly's side of it even though it was long before his time.

I'm still not that strongly convinced he does dislike Fern though. He's got to nominate someone and the housemate you're the least close to is a no-brainer.

Oooh I HOPE she picks Louis then we can all enjoy the fallout over the last three days: Fern [Ekin Su style] trying to pretend she was doing it for Louis’s own good and Louis telling her she really is the snake in the grass he always thought she was 😀

This is what I think. Fern is a floater, she hasnt really aligned herself with any friend group. That makes her an easy option for nomination because people won't nominate their close friends, and they also might want to avoid nominating any big characters through fear of backlash from their fans. So Fern is an easy and inoffensive nomination.

I don't agree with the comments that Nikita was rude to Fern when they were peeling the potatoes. She approached the group with an attitude, sat beside Nikita quite clearly expecting him to explain himself. He obviously picked up on what she was doing and thought to himself, nope I'm not taking the bait. She acted like a child by throwing the potato back and walking off. If she wanted to speak about it she could've brought it up herself.

She seemed to be in a bad mood the entire day during that task, Louis and Zeze weren't getting on either. So I do wonder if something has happened that wasn't aired.

Yeah, I just found that whole thing confusing. I didn't even think he knew about her finding out about how many times he'd nominated her until I got online and saw people saying he was rude to her, and I'm still not really sure if he did or didn't know she knew. Even if he did, wouldn't it still be against the rules to discuss it? And what was anyone expecting him to say to her anyway? He already gave her her apology and explanation at the face to face noms, what difference does him not repeating it make?

I also suspect a weird edit to manufacture drama because they're being too boring. I wish they'd just bleeping air actual conversations so we can actually get to know people instead of doing stupid task after stupid task.

The editing is terrible. Obviously we don't expect to see everything but situations need context, they need to edit it in a way where we can understand what's happening.

It was a mess on the civilian series as well. Paul's eviction caused loads of drama because his friends acted like babies over it, but some of the people kicking off over it had never even been seen being friendly with him on the show, so it made no sense.
 
I think if they really only got crappy food, that might explain some of them being out of sorts. 😁 As others have said though, the editing sometimes makes things a bit confusing.

I agree that Fern is an easy nomination, as is Louis. Or as he was up to now. They are the outsiders now. They are not aligned with anyone, and the others might feel, well, our paths will never cross again, so bye bye.

It amused me that Louis and Zeze couldn't nominate themselves last night. They were funny as the rulers, because they can't stand each other. And both have been open about that from the start, in fairness.

I am looking forward to seeing what happens next tbh. 😁

I feel like I hardly know anything about any of them, certainly not much more than when they arrived. Some have stronger personalities like David and Zeze so they have made more of an impression but I don't care enough to be bothered who wins.

I feel that Fern is very much an outsider and doesn't fit with the boyband group. If she had been in the house with different housemates we might have seen a bit more from her.

I just hope Louis continues to annoy them all until the final 😄
