She told a barefaced lie by stating Louis knew she was going to nominate him as they had both agreed and he was fine with it.
He said in the DR he was surprised she had nommed him
Don't get too settled in front of the TV at 9pm.Watched it last night, then annoyingly fell asleep after the first part of L&L!
My thoughts:
The right two people left, however I think Ekin-Su could have become an iconic villain of a housemate, whereas the remaining three may be at risk of becoming boring (though I like them all). It would have been really interesting to see ES contorting herself to try to figure out why she was booed and rescue the situation.
Ekin-Su was shocked to be booed and evicted. She was more thoughtful than I thought she would be in her interview, from what little I saw of her. But she was making up that lie about the reason she nominated Louis on the spot. I think she was pretending she'd told him afterwards it was for his own good, not before. But still, that would have been a valid reason for nomination, and she didn't say it.
I think Levi's arse-licking session with ES the other day was the final nail in his coffin, when he already didn't have a big following. As a late joiner, I haven't seen enough of Levi to know why you all think he had a secret nasty streak and is homophobic. I personally haven't seen any evidence of it. It seems the homophobia accusations purely come from his apparent dislike of David, and I don't think it's fair to accuse him of something so serious with no real evidence.
It was nice to see some actual thoughts and opinions from Nikita. He's definitely been holding back. I felt sorry for him with the wagwan thing. I understand his panicked reaction: it might seem over the top but he's a white person in the public eye speaking his fifth language to two black people, and there's the much-mentioned Strictly contract for his public behaviour that he's beholden to. Levi and Zeze were reasonable about it; I think Levi always would have been, and even Zeze wouldn't have wielded the race card on a Ukrainian EFL speaker.
Zeze seemed much better in yesterday's episode generally. I think she's reined her behaviour in a bit, as a 34 year old adult she has to learn she can't put on this "strong woman" bullshit ie be an argumentative bleep, and live peaceably with other people.
The Bradley wrapping Fern in toilet paper dare was awkward and nearly spoiled the vibe of their game. Bradley is generally boring and childish. I have autism and I don't recognise anything of myself or my peers in him. Him talking about the "ick" for people who don't know how to use a washing machine was intolerant of the majority of autistic people who can't do things like that. Most have impaired executive function and between 30-50% have a learning disability. If he's going to be a public representative and make autism his thing, he should be aware of the issues that face people with higher support needs than himself. He is very privileged within the community to be so high functioning.
Louis twerking and singing was fantastic. He's such a good sport. He seems to be a truly thick-skinned and content person, which can mean he's unintentionally insensitive to other people's emotions. By "I'm not PC", rather than being anti-woke per se, I think he was acknowledging that he's just not very good at wording things delicately. He's not very articulate.
Colson, David and Marisha remain likeable without showing off. Fern is at risk of becoming boring without a villain to foil.
AJ and Will are awkward together, and Will is an especially bad interviewer. AJ kept having to rescue it.

I mainly agree with you but come on, David is the biggest show off there. He loves the limelightWatched it last night, then annoyingly fell asleep after the first part of L&L!

I think you may have Will & AJ the wrong way round he is a far better presenter than her, though I did think she was much better last night, she was absolutely loving putting Fekin in her box.Watched it last night, then annoyingly fell asleep after the first part of L&L!

Levi really doesn’t like David.
I watched L and L earlier and I don’t think Layton laid into her at all. I was expecting her to be absolutely cut down, but he was fine. She, on the other hand, needs to learn how to hide her feelings on her face. She looked outraged the whole time she was on (To be fair I have this issue myself). And her mum is just odd.
Nope ..Is it on tonight?
Levi really doesn’t like David.
