Pregnant or not, I can’t think of anything worse than going to Disney/Universal/Vegas on my honeymoon.

Are they 12 years old or something? Disney and Universal are, admittedly, very fun for a laugh. But they’re not serious holiday destinations for adults, especially if you’ve already been before.

So many amazing places in the world to see and they’re spending shitloads of money doing something tacky. They are fundamentally classless people.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall at this panel with Joel talking about social media in theatre. He’s only got the followers he does because of Carrie 🤣 maybe that’s his advice - marry someone famous 😂😂

He's only one of the biggest social media influencers in musical theatre in budgy smuggler size

(Once again this is not a criticism of general people's size, tis but a criticism of Joeley-bum and his prancing around in either budgy smugglers or Waitrose shopping bags xxx)

You can't buy class and poise. Nor can they be gifted. So you can see how they are screwed. 😹😹😹

There's a saying in Spanish: even if the monkey dresses with silk, it's still a monkey. Not sure if the saying in English is to put lipstick on a pig, I think so.
They'll never be able to hide their ignorance and tackiness, not even with all the money in the world.

But they “did” Iceland, L.A, Paris, Cypress, Croatia! Therefore Disney/Universal is the only option.

Carrie feels a bit intellectually stunted to me. She's so lucky she has nepotism to make her way through life

Flights are nbd til you're near the end of pregnancy, usually you're just advised to get up and walk around every few hours.

The parks, Disney she'll be fine at. But yeah universal seems like a massive waste of time when pregnant. You can't do sh*t
Doesnt universal have a harry potter world? She will probably just walk around there and pretend she is a wizard like a cringy fan

I’m seriously judging myself for my universal honeymoon… but I have something in common with Carrie! While it wasn’t fully #gifted, my father in law’s company works directly with Universal so we were able to get the honeymoon suite in their (fake but still pretty nice) Italian resort for a hefty discount. AND I’d never been to America, and loved rollercoasters…

so a poor student able to get a surprisingly cheap honeymoon somewhere warm with rollercoasters that she’d never been before VS a rich “west star superstar” who basically lives in those theme parks already- WHILST pregnant and unable to even go on the rollercoasters or drink her way through it. What’s she gonna do?! Cry and cuddle the guy in the Shrek costume? But which one, the employee or her husband??

The way she constantly talks about how fast she fell pregnant is so crass and insensitive. With both of my kids we weren't actively trying, they were 'accidents' if you like. I usually lie about it to friends because I know some of them have had fertility issues and the thought of being so blasé about it makes me cringe with embarrassment. Like hello yes, I'm so incredibly fertile I get pregnant when I'm not even trying, how great am I? Just have a bit of bloody tact. There's no real need to talk about how fast it happened and how easy it was. It benefits no one.
