I’m due on so I’m going to say something unusually soft 😂. Healthy friendships are so important and I am kind of envious for her having this yearly tradition with a close friend who she clearly loves. I’m glad that’s one thing Joel hasn’t wormed his way into. I hope Scott is a good support for her once Baby M is born.

Any attractive man**. 😹😹😹😹 That's why she doesn't mention Joel at all, unless she has to prove a point to us.

Adonis is a conventionally attractive fella, I just checked now since she's mentioning him a lot.
She's cringey honestly, based on how she's let herself go she now reminds me of middle aged married women getting drunks in pubs/clubs and drooling over young attractive guys. It's so out of place and ridiculous. You're taken. And if you were single, you should still hit on someone more similar to you.

If a married man in his 30s posted was constantly name dropping about a younger costar, we'd be calling him a creep. But she's a pregnant woman, guess all is allowed. 🤯🤯
 
I’m on holiday in New York before anyone asks why I’m following MK Theatre (as it’s one of my local theatres when home). But do we think this is Carrie?

I’ve never been pregnant so I’m not one to talk, and every persone goes through stuff differently. But three friends of mine have been pregnant (one of them currently is) and they still did moderate exercise, adapted to their pregnancy stage and their symptoms and they never were super out of breath until like week 30 or so. One of them went out for a run 3 times a week until her bump started to show, at which stage she was scared of tripping and damaging the baby.
 
Yeah I agree. Everyone is different. But if you're out of shape/unfit before pregnancy a la Carrie, it's a bit rich to suddenly moan that you can't do something because pregnancy makes you super tired. Carrie - that ain't the pregnancy.

I think it is Mel or Al that has been taken ill possibly. If it was Carrie they could just bring on the understudy? Either that or someone has tested positive for COVID and they are testing everyone else to make sure before continuing.

It won’t be her ( or just her) because when she was off due to covid, her part was covered. Like another poster said, it’s likely to be Mel or Al who are the main leads, or a bunch of them have tested positive and there aren’t enough alternates to cover

I just saw that on my insta too - strange to cancel a performance for 1 company member. It better not be cancelled Thurs when I'm due to go! Totally wouldn't surprise me if it was Carrie, but she's replaceable surely - not like Al?

I would be surprised if it were, her songs can be completely dropped without making any difference to the show, just leaving a few spoken lines which I'd have thought they could get anybody to walk on and read, with a script if necessary, it's not unheard of for that to happen.

Would have said Al and maybe Mel are the only ones critical to the show, they both have quite lengthy "audience interaction" segments that stand-ins may not be very good at.

But maybe it is, perhaps the excitement of the car wash has utterly overwhelmed her, or the tough steak has given her days long indigestion. I'm sure she'll post something like a pregnancy Q&A soon enough to prove it's not her if it isn't!

Carrie has an understudy doesn't she? Don't think it's her, probably is Al or Mel who is "indisposed"
