I'd suggest reviving the Tom and Gi thread to discuss further the names of their kids, because there's still so much to talk about - for instance Max isn't as sane imo since it's Maxwell but they never use his full name unlike his brothers.

I really hope Carrie and Joel don't start trying for a baby for soooo many reasons

Agreed. Buddy and Buzz just sound really knobby on English people - the reason they make us think of American film characters is that we just don't call our kids Buddy or Buzz!

(I think Jamie Oliver might have a kid called Buddy actually, but his kids are called daft bollocks too)
Yesss, that’s bang on. They make me think of American high school bullies that push kids in lockers and do dance offs to win the girl 🤣
I'm not British, so all I can think of is Eddie's fish (creepy guest star from friends, he was Chandler's crazy roommate).

You don't wear t-shirts under those types of dresses, how hard is it to understand?? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
That is a summer dress, it's not a pinafore dress.

If you wanna use that fabric but still wear t-shirts, make skirts out of it.
Shes quirky so wears t shirts under summer dresses 🤪

also summer dresses in autumn? she spend all this time waiting for autumn and now she’s making summer dresses 🤣

She's trying so hard to stand out, in every possible way. Do we remember when she wore a velvet dress in a TV appearance where the hosts where wearing summer dresses? 🤡

She's just wearing stuff not appropriate for the season and thinks she's such a rebel and going against the grain and standing out. She just looks like an idiot and stands out in the worst possible way.

Dressing like a 2 year old allowed to pick for the first time from their entire wardrobe is not something to be proud of, Scammie !!

There could be a whole entire thread about her stage door outfits 🤢

She never changes outfits according to season (except while lounging by a pool I guess). She’s wearing chunky winter clothing in summer, and then wears summer dresses in autumn and winter that she layers up with more chunky items.

I don't know about the rest of you but I find it weird that she wears her mum's bikinis on holiday. Is she that cheap that she can't buy her own?

The only way that would make sense to me was if the mom had bikinis from her youth that she completely gave up and would pass them on to her daughter forever.

BUT if this is just a matter of sharing, like you wear them now since you're going on holiday in Croatia and then give them back to me to wear when I need them, then yuck. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

When it comes to dresses, I'd also think the same : hand-me-downs from your mom are totally fine, but they need to be yours for good now. From your partner's mom (like this Melanie mentioned above), no way in hell. 😹😹😹

Why do Carrie’s homemade dresses give her such square tits?
Because she makes her dresses like I did my barbie's clothes when I was about 5-6. My mom was a seamstress so I was convinced I was copying her 😹😹😹 but I wasn't.
I was just doing a tit job because I had no skills and no understanding of shapes. To me a dress was two rectangular pieces of fabric sewn at the edges, with a zipper at the back and two straps to hold everything in place. Looks like Carrie has the same level of skill I had at the time, except she uses more pieces because she's quirky.

Agree - I have a friend who makes her own clothes and she is amazing at it, and she helped me make a skirt and a dress. With the dress I had to think about shape and bust darts etc so it actually fitted me and looked like a dress. Carrie has literally just sewed pieces of material together and is calling it a dress.

Because it takes time to do it right and a lot of hard work. I follow this lady which tries to make it simple and break it down, but it still shows how hard it is.

Carrie is not the right person for this, because the lacks the patience and dedication to learn and do it right. She's just lazy.

Listen, I don't think any hobby needs to be done perfectly, it should just be for fun and not everything will always look great. So I'm not knocking Carrie for not being already super proficient at dress-making. BUT: just like with her earrings, she's putting her results out there, clearly to be admired and praised. She knows that her fans will just fawn over everything she does and shows. It confirms her lifelong belief that she cant do any wrong, that she doesnt have to put in real effort into anything because the applause comes anyway. It's terrible, but it's Carrie's way of life tbh.

I’ve gotten two degrees in fashion and costume dressmaking, six years of study in total, and am now desperately trying hard to get into the industry, so seeing Carrie now claim she’s a seamstress because she’s made two tit dresses probably with zero understanding of pattern cutting, finishing, or probably even any understanding of how to use the fabrics correctly might just be the thing that tips me over the edge 🙃

And for whatever reason she decided to share this with her subscribers
