Later on we bumped into them, and their daughter was with them. She said she wasn’t supposed to tell people she was Minnie, and wasn’t supposed to say who she’d met… although I think once you’ve left you can? I may be misinterpreting the photo! I’m currently in hospital on a plethora of IV and meds, so my brain isn’t working well… although this thread is entertaining me!

Not just you, I thought that earlier. Tagging Carrie her to sharing when she’s got an open insta probably isn’t the smartest thing to do. Guessing ‘Suzy’ won’t have that ‘friend’ for much longer…👀

I have friends who were in Disneyworld and Land in the US and that would be a fireable offense. But maybe it’s different in Paris? Or maybe things have changed in the last few years? I don’t know anyone there now.

Glad I’m not going crazy! Although I hope she doesn’t loose her job. I’ve just never, ever seen a cast member doing that. Even ones that have left are always really careful about sharing photos of themselves as face/fur characters

I have heard DLP is the least magical and the one when where CM give less tit about rules

I don't know the show, but does this have any relevance other than Joel insists on inserting himself into everything Carrie ever does or has ever done?
If there had been 4, and a blue one no doubt it would have been a Heather's reference 🙄 I'd find it exhausting if I was her

To be fair, I know a few cast members who openly post who they are friends with but they never say “I play…”

There’s an actor who was in Heathers recently who is working in Disney Hong Kong and shares pics and videos all the time.

I think the key is though, that she never says “this is me as Ariel!” She says things like “Under the sea today!”

Not sure what the rules are, but I think they’re a little more relaxed than they used to be.

Imagine having the time of your life with your family and BEST friend, belly laughing constantly, in the warm sunshine of Orlando Disney World a few months ago.. to now being stuck in the freezing cold Disney Paris with someone whose comedy makes you barely manage to exhale slightly out of your nose. I bet she’s HATING this trip. I’ll bet anything that she never EVER returns to DLP 😂😂😂😂

It's her own fault though, she could have gotten out of his relationship months ago. I can only have so much sympathy for her.
But she's so desperate to be loved and validated she can't bare to be alone.

I love DLP. I go at least yearly, sometimes more if I’m working in my employer’s Paris office for any reason and it’s right before or after a weekend. I would get an AP but I already get 50% off tickets for myself and guests so it’s not worth it to me for the amount I go.

It’s the most beautiful park by far. It has the best castle, too. Is it missing some things that WDW has? Sure. It’s also more expensive on a day-bu-day basis. But it’s also overall a far less obnoxious place, and when you get sick of it, you can hop on a train to Paris and do other things, and if you live in Europe it’s easier to to there for 2 days than it is to Florida for two weeks.

I would never have thought it possible for someone to make DLP look so drab and boring, but somehow Carrie and Joel have done it. If I hadn’t already been and already know I love the parks there, their content would make me never want to go. I hope Disney never employ them.
 
As someone who’s never been to DLP, they are not selling it to me at all. It looks so drab, not on Disney brand at all. I’m not influenced.

Their trip has however, enforced my opinion that Joel is weird. His commentary on the quality of Disney “merch” was almost satirical. I don’t find him particularly articulate and he’s coming across absolutely uninteresting. There’s no redeeming qualities on display whatsoever.
