I don’t think it’s staged, lol. Seriously think her cast mates flat out make fun of her behind her back, and take the piss out of her under the guise of laughing “with” her, even though they’re laughing at her.

These are the same people who smashed her gingerbread house and wouldn’t even make eye contact with her in her previous vlog (even when she spoke directly to them…it was painfully awkward). They know she’s a diva and enjoy screwing around with her.
 
I made it 20 minutes into the live before I had to give up.

His whole personality is Carrie.
Q: “what was your favourite Christmas present?”
A: “a backpack Carrie gave me and the scarf she knitted”

Q: “what are you most looking forward to this year?”
A: “marrying my wife to be”

Q; “what’s your favourite memory of Disney?”
A: “it used to be going with (his mums group of some kind), but I know it will soon be going with Carrie.”

Q: *person asks for relationship advice”
A: “mine and Carrie’s secret is just TALKING. We hardly every have any problems because we talk alllll the time. But also never see each other…”

It’s so dull. I followed him pre-carrie and used to enjoy his content (obvs this was on Instagram and not the mess that is his Facebook account) but now it’s just Zzzzzz.

Also i don’t know if this is a London thing or not but it has always bugged me that Carrie (and maybe Tom?) say “new” the American was - “noo”, (most Brits say it “nyoo”) and I noticed in his live Joel does it too.
 
OMG wait I just watched a bit more when he was talking about whether he’d take an ensemble role. And he said no because he likes playing parts and like the pressure of that. But some people like being in the ensemble because they don’t want that pressure.

Like there’s no pressure being in the ensemble? There’s no show without them! And swings and covers have to learn multiple tracks for the show and go on with minutes notice. Much harder than your 15 minutes of swanning around in Hamilton (no shade on the role of KG in Hamilton, all of the shade on Joel) duck off Joel, he’s just as bad as Carrie in this one.
 
Off subject from the TikTok, but I was listening to Les Mis (as one does) and I can’t get Joel out of my head as the inn keeper. I know it was mentioned how they could play inn keeper and wife a dozen threads ago but I hadn’t quite “seen” it. And hey, they could be in a show together.

That’s sickening and so disrespectful. I hope that gets back to Mgmt and his “fellow” actors.
 
Yeah, that TikTok feels *very* staged. Does it make any of them look good? Not really, but it's not the worst. The timing etc is just too coincidental, and who wouldn't notice a bleeping fire door being open?! Also, it was just all a bit loud and convenient. Yes, I know Carrie isn't peaceful, but even so.

Equally, I think I would punch Tom Scanlon in the face - he strikes me as the kind of man, if he genuinely upset anyone or they got pissed off, would brush it off as "just banter" and I cannot be doing with those kinds of people.

It’s also hilarious when you compare his role as the King to the ensemble in Hamilton who are ridiculously talented and who are never offstage.
He just wants the extra money a lead gives him.

Sorry, I’ve had a horrible week at work, so I completely missed this (but I’m gonna rehash it anyway because I have thoughts)…

Carrie’s meltdown on instagram after that twitter fiasco is maybe one of the most vile things I’ve ever seen. I have zero doubt now that she’s a narcissist of the worst degree. How dare she take a thread about a dying woman and make it all about herself. And the tweet itself was bad enough. We know it wasn’t a mistake because it’s Carrie, but it could’ve nevertheless been passed as a careless mistake/clunky wording. And we would’ve forgotten about it in a few days anyway.

But because Miss Carrie Hope Fletcher is the world’s biggest victim, she had to go ahead and throw a massive tantrum over three mildly critical tweets. And flounce off twitter altogether. Utterly pathetic and disgusting behaviour. She’s trying to guilt the poor friend of that dying woman into feeling bad for her. Well guess what, Carrie - no one feels bad for you.

And I will never feel bad for her, no matter what because as this drama proves, she is a nasty selfish witch with very few redeeming features. She will have a downfall and I’ll enjoy every second because she would’ve brought it all on herself.

It’s just boiling my head to think about. Even looking at those screen caps of her self pitying video made me want to smack her (I do not advocate violence and she doesn’t actually deserve to be hit btw, it’s just how I feel). I just can’t believe that such a horrid, manipulative cow even has friends, let alone family. Absolutely foul. Hope she’s ashamed.
 
So her being on the stage 100 list is just ridiculous, who did Joel sleep with to get her on there?

The list means nothing but I’m sure her ego has taken a boost from it which is annoying.

Joel is such a twit, he was a delivery guy a few months back and now to say he would only do ‘named roles’ is just so pathetic. King George is on stage for 10 minutes - the ensemble/swing of Hamilton carry that show. Actually they carry most shows!

So audition time for him will begin very shortly as I believe he is not staying in Hamilton, so he will be auditioning for projects which start from July onwards - the industry are very aware of how ridiculous they are being, so the question is who will actually employ them after Hamilton and her one woman show….
