I can't see how she wouldn't, though. Especially with the neverending cutesy "she's the best, she's so cute, she is just the greatest, my gorgeous girl, my gorgeous gorgeous girl, my fiancé, my future wife, well done future wife, she's just the best you guys, there she is being cute, wifey, my gorgeous girl...."

That's bound to make her skin crawl eventually, surely. How do you take someone seriously if they're constantly addressing you in such a patronising way.

I totally agree. His list of red flags need adding so when Carrie comes here she can see them all in one place. Or if her family come here they can see them all together listed. It's easy to brush them off as they happen but a list of them in the Wiki so they're all there in black and white is a brilliant idea. I think we all agree that even though we find Carrie annoying at times we don't wish her a lifetime of this with Joel. We all used to like Carrie at one point. Let's all try and think back to then.

I've got to say a month ago I didn't even know Carrie existed and now I'm fully invested in her life 🤣. Girl, get out, the more you wait the harder it will be to leave. There is no shame to break up an engagement, especially when it's with someone behaving like Joel.
