She's one of the worst people on there for buying something and THEN asking for people's thoughts and how to use it. I don't get why you'd buy something and ask how to use it afterwards, if you don't understand what it does or how to use it in your current routine why the duck have you spent £85 on it?! The amount of money these people spend unecessarily would be much better spent on some well administered injectables imo
