With all the negative feedback over the lack of branding how can she still think it was a sound decision? I really don’t know in what world you would market an unbranded product. Alan Sugar and Dragon’s Den would eat her alive.

glycerin and squalane are not actives, and are cheap.
 
Usual freak stupidity asking about something already having bought it but one of the hypocritical comments made me sit on my hands.

One of my biggest bugbears about the freaks group is how often people ask "what do people think about this" and attach a photo. For the love of god put the product name and brand in the text, so the next time someone wants to know they can search the group. If the poster is too lazy to do that, you can guarantee they haven't searched for the product in the group before their post either.
 
Did anyone see the grief stricken post by the Freakoid whose plumber had knocked her May Lindstrom product behind the toilet cistern and they couldn’t reach it?
Lots of (em)pathetic posts understanding her grief and even suggestions that the plumber should pay for it!
The along comes May herself and tells the OP not to be distressed and to email her and she’ll throw in some freebies next time she orders.
Cue a few more Freakoids then posting about how they dropped their beloved May products on the floor, etc… 🙄
I did note that May didn’t offer just to send the freebies now but they would be with her next order! 😁

I’ve had 3 of May’s products over the years in various kits and I don’t get the hype. I’ve never repurchased.

I got a tiny sample of the Blue Baboon a couple of years ago and couldn't even use that up. It smelled awful (to me)
 
I was searching for the May Lindstrom post and came across this post by gangsta oaf from November 2019

There are numerous (a LOT of) requests for free kits, free bags, more charity donations, people requesting (to be honest it’s more like ‘demanding’) a full kit for a charitable auction, a kid’s school Christmas fair, or for a friend of their’s that is going through a hard time, or asking me to promote a charity, or a go fund me (SO many go fund me requests), or literally asking me to send them money.
The £10k to The Eve Appeal came out of my profits from the kit. There will be no more donations. There are no free kits. There are no free bags. I don’t know what to tell you. I am one person and do what I can, when I can, and honestly, usually always in private. And this is why.. this level of ‘asking’ is unprecedented.
So like I said, I don’t mean to sound harsh, and we are far from uncaring. But seriously: if I gave away/replied to all the requests I’d literally be in debt.
I hope this is taken in the spirit it is intended.

I see she’s promoting Dermatica’s new skincare range. They must be paying her a lot of money, direct competition and a third of the price of her range.

It’ll be the best antioxidant serum ever don’t ya know after extensive clinical testing (at least 23 people). I reckon £80+
