Does she not have a friend that would go with her? if i suddenly found myself alone I know a friend or parent would step in and come with me if I needed it

Or she could just grow up & go herself. Yes it isn’t what she had planned but at the end of the day, she’s a single parent now so she needs to get used to doing things with her kids on her own.

She also said she might just take Theo, I’m sorry I would rather cancel and do something else than only take 1 kid. I get that he cheated and they might not be speaking but surely for 3 days you can agree not to talk about it and go for the kids! Taking 1 kid on a day trip i get and I’ve done myself. But somewhere like Disney is wrong!

Yeh I’ve been away twice on my own with my wee ones. One time was a 2 weeks holiday abroad!!! It’s not that bad it’s actually nice just being with them yourselves

Exactly - my mum was a single mum of 3 30 years ago… it’s not a new thing for these morons to ‘normalise’ - this is not Catholic Ireland in the 50’s when being a single mum would be seen as a tragedy!
