Type 2 diabetes, possibly fatty liver. High blood pressure, lymphatic drainage fucked, heart disease....list goes on, I cannot imagine the amount of saturated fat in just one of those cakes. Then she just has a slither, plus ten more slithers....half an hour later, oh ill just have one after lunch. Later on ah one more wont hurt.

It is twisted, you are right. Carlas trying to manipulate viewers into sending her more food gifts. I mean what cruel son of a witch sends a 25 stone woman a massive cake? Oh wait, carla only has a nibble and gives the rest away🤣 The entire video is a transparent sick joke on her. Shes trying to say she can eat what she likes, so dont judge me as she posts on social media, where she expects dim idiots to sit and sing her praises. Thing is unfortunately, not every viewer is asleep and can see the truth. Shes altered the angle of the camera to look slimmer, nat and tammy are squeezed in at the ends cause carlas massive. Shes got the light glaring, so no one can see the state of their teeth, so basically the whole picture is distorted and like a filter, not a wrinkle in sight.
As for nat, shes coming up to her 8th year of still not fixing her teeth, but will sit down eating expensive cakes full of sugar when mother so demands. Nat used to be a healthy weight, shes piled it on, she also had a knee condition that will be exasperated with weight gain, I thought mother of the year would have remembered that and tried to eat healthy foods only, but nah, off to costco for more cream cakes and another meal out.
So scoff away carla, but remember this is not a war with your viewers, its a war with yourself. When shes demolished half a ton of chocolates cakes etc, by new year the ole calorie crush will be back. Where she expects her viewers to help her out.

Yep, she really is inferring that they only nibble on treats and eat salads all day. She said they did not have any dinner after the video......like eating cakes is much healthier🤣 and yes she does it deliberately.

Anthony had a tea party in his shed.....WHATEVER. Shes a born liar. She gave them to her mum, whos got every illness known to man and has mountains of life saving pills. Its like theres some law in the universe that everyone must eat cake every single day and not just one its always great big multiple buys, shes an ADDICT. Hope shes happy shes probably encouraged other ill obese addicts to buy great big multiples of cakes, ie her die hard viewers with no brain. We are all just having a nibble.......LIAR.

Lol that made me laugh too....has she ever seen a piece of fruit. Her go to meal,chicken nuggets and chips. Then she tells everyone she spends minimum 600 quid a month on gambling and scratch offs and shes in debt up to her eyeballs....then she orders 30 quid cakes but shes only having a slither🤣🤣🤣🙄🙄
