Ha I’ve just gone down that rabbit hole too! Furan is a toxic chemical but at the tiny levels found in pods not a concern. Mainly linked to digestive issues at higher levels. I would continue to enjoy xxWhat's furan

Thanks Rosie it's the only little thing I wasn't afraid to enjoy in this tit show of a year I've had, I asked my doctors about it on radiotherapy today they said to not worry too. I only have one cup a day but already being ill I don't want to encourage it.
I'm a " live for each day and eat what you want" kind of gal.... all my friends calorie counting and picking what suitable to there diet there's me just ordering what I fancy on the night!
People like her make me sick. As you say give to cancer charity or even sell them and donate the money. These sort of people take every penny but give zero back.
Her scans on 26/10 were stable. It’s def a shockIt’s sad to hear of I am Kate’s passing. Sounds like it wasn’t expected

She suffered so much, yet remained so relentlessly upbeat while keeping it real. Just a remarkable person. Created until she couldn't too.
So true, the surgeries she had to go through were absolutely horrendous and she adjusted and coped amazingly and didnt stop pursuing her passions. She wrote really movingly about some of her experiences as a patient (some positive, some negative). I think her blog should be required reading for anyone looking at NHS reform.
