She's skeletal in that new reel. I know we've said she edits photos but there's no way she's edited that reel to make herself look that thin, is there? I don't know how editing apps work so I might be wrong. She looks so ill and she's loving every second of it.
She was absolutely loving her hips sticking out in the satin skirt, she kept moving from side to side to flash them! She’s her ideal weight, I’d say.

Is barely working out and has secretly been really ill, but was signed up to run a half marathon this morning

So she only cancelled because of a work trip!? If she's so ill, it would have been incredibly stupid to ignore her body and run (never mind the fact she's "barely been exercising" so potentially inadequately prepared).
Genuine fitness and medical professionals would have advised against it too.
