Also, I've just taken the dog for a quick 1.5 mile walk and I'm boiling. Might be cos I got my pace up, stepped it out instead of a slow shuffle. I also wore wellies cos I went in a field where the proper dog could properly exercise.

I work up the road from her. I’ve come to work in a cotton summer dress and Birkenstocks. I walk the mile from where I park my car to the site at 7am and it wasn’t cold in the slightest. My toes or feet or even body were not even slightly nippy.

“Look at what I’ve done for yoooou”. I feel equally sorry for both kids. As a daughter of a narcissistic mother I’m telling you now it’s all smiles and being close but as soon as Erin exerts any independence which let’s be honest she has none at the moment there will be hell to play.
I look at Erin and look at my own childhood and see similarities. My life has been destroyed by my own NM. The way you see yourself, the way you can’t see who you are (who you truly are). Lack of identity. Like why not let Erin choose her own outfit for TS? Because Babs wanted total control. That’s why. Woah betide anybody who looks ‘better’ than Emma right? I almost feel she made her wear that T-shirt out of spite. Something my own mother would do. She’d complement the ‘bad choices’ and say the clothes I looked great and felt great in looked hideous.
Those poor kids. I don’t watch anymore because it breaks me. I wonder about Ste too... he seems coerced to me. Never has much to say. Just like my enabling father. He’ll never be there for the kids either as he won’t want to face any backlash. It’ll all come out and implode one day and I pray and hope they see it for what it is and get as far away and enjoy their adult lives in perfect peace. Unlike me who is just realising decades of narcissistic abuse and trying to find who I am in this scary world.
 
God another morning shopping- what a fucking pointless banal existence. No doubt we will get another "Haul' video from Homesense- yawn. She has absolutely nothing in her life does she? No friends to meet up with, do dog walks etc Just sat in her house jumping around her bedroom in ill-fitting swimsuits, boring on about the weather or shopping for tat.
And she thinks people are JEALOUS of her life?!! Hahahahaha!!!
