There is planning permission online for the previous owners , don't think it was approved.Obviously can't give details here. I think once little E has settled at high school they'll move , the house must be worth over 600k now. She could then copy the other influencers and buy a bigger house to fill with more crap....as long as it's got a fireplace.
 
Time and time again I try and fail to comprehend Babs logic when it comes to shopping.
For Babs, it's quantity over quality.
She can easily drop £300 on B&M tat in one go but complains about the price of handwoven rug in IKEA for £299. Or the actual wool blanket for £60, rather than cheap plastic, sweat inducing teddy manket from Dunelm.
Even when it comes to her handbags, it is always outlet buys or the cheapest lines.
Babs, I dare you to go to Dior tomorrow and get yourself Lady Dior bag or the classic flap in Chanel rather than 20 Coach outlet Coach bags.
Considering how much money she wastes, she could easily invest in quality, made to measure furniture and furnishings rather than filling hobbit house with all types of plastic.

How much could they realistically extend that house and still have a garden!? Although the house they're in now *should* be adequate for a family of 4 (if it wasn't rammed to the hilt with junk), she must regret moving so much, they had everything they needed at their previous house!

Well, just like everything else in that house they didn’t have room for it - and no point having an extension that Babs can’t fit into and one that might impact on her ability to shop for crap!
 
Their old house was so much nicer and had a nice outlook from the frontage. As another 🐄👜 said, they moved to get good schools for the kids from year 7, & as soon as Ethan has a place secured they'll move again.

She would love something big and quirky like Taming Twins has. At least it would give her fresh content, her socials are yawn inducing.

The ads have really dried up, haven't they?.....

Edited to add: If they do put their house on the market, they need to do something about the black mould breeding on their windows and doors 🤢

The thing is though, TT has good taste. Any larger home that Babs buys will be filled and decorated with every trend going. So a whole mish mash that looks awful.

I don’t know .. my personal opinion is that they’d struggle to sell it or make a profit on it. They bought theirs close to when I bought mine and the market was insane - I remember her saying they had a second look and there was no such thing as second looks then as if you delayed someone else had already offered and been accepted. So seems evident that the previous owners potentially struggled to sell.

The issue is that the biggest bathroom is downstairs, the fridge is in the dinning room and the garden is on different levels. Also because she’s stuffed everything up in the attic, it’s giving the impression of there’s no storage.

So we were recently looking at a house for sale not far from her - 4 beds and no downstairs bathroom, fridge in the actual kitchen and it is stunning so spacious, well thought out and tastefully decorated priced at £610k her house won’t touch that sort of price.

If the video actually mentioned her leggings or was an OOTD where she was saying how great they were then perhaps a couple of people may have asked, but why on gods earth would A LOT of people ask off that video? Baffled.
