Hiiiiiii everybody, I feel SEW reassured that they are in love...the romantic evening watching him play Xbox while simultaneously watching a video and messaging someone ELSE on his phone just got me in the feels...

Anyway just popped in to say that Brogan pronounced picnic correctly. Twice! She emphasised it too, to show us. I am shooketh!!

Also, she’s totally got a foof under her arm. I had to see it, you can all join me!

I can't believe how out of breath she gets so easily. If you google it it says that if being overweight is the cause then its because there is excess fat in and around the chest walls so that person is unable to take in deep enough breaths in order to breathe properly, so then finds it harder to breathe. When you actually read it like that from a medical point of view its actually quite scary.

I know many of us struggle with weight and its not always easy to loose it but I just look at Brogan and feel like she could be doing so much more to help herself and yet she isn't. She has her age on her side, the older she gets, the harder it will be to loose the weight. If she's like this now in her mid twenties, what is she going to be like in her 40s!

I don’t want this to come across as if I'm bashing overweight people because I completely understand how hard it can be, but Brogan just doesn't seem to help herself and its so obvious.
 
Snuggles on the sofa? I know some couples aren’t overly touchy feely/affectionate/tactile but do Brogan and Benji ever snuggle together on the sofa? Me and my boyfriend have been snuggling together on our sofa all evening/night (he’s currently gone to get a drink lol) but I can’t imagine just sitting on different ends of the sofa with separate blankets and barely even touching? I don’t know maybe it’s just me.... 🤷🏻‍♀️

No, he doesn’t like her touching him... they barely like sharing a bed
 
How do they both fit in the bath? Not even trying to body shame them but he’s so tall and she ain’t tiny and they don’t have a giant zoella mansion bath. I can just imagine her awkwardly crushing him while he’s jammed right in there trying to relax and the 2 inches of water almost overflowing
 
She could do 10k steps a day for a few weeks and make a video out of it. Once she's got into a routine of doing it too it's so easy to keep it up especially as her working hours are sooo flexible! If I were her I'd aim to do it in a morning and then have the rest of the day to do whatever she wants, but really she has all day to do it.

Oh did she? I must of missed that. I know its hard when you've got a family and work to juggle to fit in exercise, but 10k a day isn't that difficult no? She could walk to the supermarket/post office/wherever and take Bonnie on a longer walk, an old PT of mine told me to walk on my work breaks or after work to fit it in and it's always stuck with me
 
I'm in such a good mood today and very positive so yeah let me say it: I didn't find yesterday's flog that irritating to be honest! (I know I can't believe myself either).
I don't think that they were faking being happy. It's just that they have the weirdest relationship.. like they are siblings? it sits well with my theory of unfinished childhood issues.. the fact that she had such a competitive bad relationship witht her own brother makes her maybe this controlling? but Benj doesn't mind anything...

Anyway having Bonnie is the best thing that has ever happened to her. And Benj seems like that kind of dudes who get on with everything.. that's working for them so far.. (what is happening to me today????)

Am I raving? I dunno it's just that.. I dunno I need to go get my mean pills because this doesn't make any sense and I don't know what is happening to me 😮😮😮😮
