Brittany Hockley

This is so minor but something that bugs me so much was in the podcast today when they kept saying "Victoria Secrets" or "Victoria's Secrets" as if we haven't seen their name plastered in huge letters a thousand times before.

Victoria is really named Les Wexner and her secret is that she's an elderly man born in Ohio 🤪
It annoyed me too!!

That look he gives when he’s modelling a jewellery collecting and holding in a fart at the same time x
What a bleep 🤣 🤣 🤣

Last weeks interview with Megan (Women Rising?) summed them each up well:

- Laura insisting she is an ‘over achiever’. Surely a normal person would call themselves ambitious, or if they HAD to ‘overly ambitious’. Not sure if that was one of the archetypes in the book but it’s the way she’s always talking about herself. Cos everyone else is just so uneducated and lazy hey Laura 🙄 and yes we know you live in ✨North✨Bondi✨

- Brittany saying cos she’s such a dedicated (or something) girlfriend she had to stay up to watch Ben’s game. Saying that as soon as he finishes playing football she wants it to be all about her. Her tone and comments would be a big red flag for me. Put that together with them asking Ben who earnt more - him or Britt (it was Britt)…just seems so immature….

I really need to find an alternative podcast
I love "my therapist ghosted me" it has its moments but generally really funny, two Irish girls having a craic

It’s the Dyson hair styler for “just” $700 and something dollars for me this week. Thanks for the discrete flex Laura 🙄

Any recommendations for some mindless, not too heavy podcasts, just to distract myself?
I love "my therapist ghosted me" with comedian Joanne McNally (she's been on Life Uncut before).

hehe I posted and then saw this, love the Ghosted podcast.

I couldn't even finish today's podcast. Those girls love the sound of their own voices. And they even admitted they only knew about the details of one of the topics because they looked it up the day before, yet they act like their topics are so heart felt and they are passionate about them. They are actually quite painful to listen to now

She likes the fact he is a footballer and has a (tiny) level of fame. I wonder how she'll feel about him once his career is over and he's unemployed.

Meanwhile on the podcast it's more examples of both Laura and Britt's poor grasp of theEnglish language, CONSTANTLY using the wrong words or mispronouncing words, and Laura desperately trying (and failing) to justify exploiting her kids on social media....

Imagine how smug Laura will be when the divorce happens
Oh goodness. This bingo card includes:
1. Several not-so-hidden barbs akin to ‘I told you so’.
2. Comparisons to her and Matty J.
3. Insults shrouded with ‘I’m saying this because I care about you.’
4. They mention penguins.
5. Fake crying.
6. Reference to Marlie and Lola being so cute to Britt just to drive home that Laura has kids and Britt doesn’t.
7. Flippant comment about getting back out there to lower importance of relationship.
8. Backtracking to say don’t get back out there because Britt needs to focus on herself (aka is a bit fucked when it comes to relationships).
9. Some quasi-inspirational garb that comes off nasty girl instead.
