I get the impression Brian doesn't want to be seen as the desperate housewife at home minding baby while Arthur is working hence the reason he's out now when he could be at home while A is in Cork.
 
Brian desperately trying to keep his profile up. Ain’t no lucrative jobs coming his way though.
He’s veering into Barry Manilow territory with all the work to his face. Did he not have a load of bottles to clean and sterilise and a few loads of washing to put on today after their weekend away? Or is someone else doing that?
“Aoife….myself and Orthor were talking and we were wondering if you would like to have a baby for us but also live in and mind it a lot and do some light housework so that my social life isn’t one bit affected?”

I can’t get my head around this either. The best reason I came across was that she wasn’t allowed because in the eyes of the law she’s the mother. But personally I’d have a naming ceremony to ensure Aoife has the role. I don’t buy the line that Aoife didn’t want to be godmother. I think the most likely reason has been said here a few times.. Pippa is high profile in their eyes and that’s the priority.

It’s exactly this…they wanted two high profile rich people, or probably Brian did mostly. And thats what they picked. Bit shameless really. If it genuinely couldn’t be Aoife for surrogacy reasons then he has a lot of other sisters and Arthur especially has one very close sister. So as I said…Shameless.

There'd be no content if one of the other sisters got the nod. This way Instagram Queen Pippa can merch her goddaughter. Shameless

They know the laws are changing next year so Aoife could easily be Godmother if they pushed out the Christening. Makes no sense
 
I wonder did RTE pay the taxi & train fares for A today. Taxi from Heuston to Straffan is roughly €40 each way. He could have driven to Sallins & taken the commuter train from there-Heuston for a fraction of the price.
I thought RTE had to cut back on their spending

Have to maintain the fake influencer lifestyle. It's an absolute joke! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Puts pressure on young parents but hopefully people have more sense than to feel like that watching these idiots!
ETA if I was Aoife I'd be bleeping fuming that she put her body through that for them, for them to half parent! The baby they've desired for so many years and struggled to have and this is how they act. Yad wonder what goes through their heads.

how does it put pressure on parents, for god’s sake.
If someone going for a night out makes people feel pressured to do the same, they’re not playing with a full deck.

Well we know this much for sure…they pay for nothing if there’s a way to get it for free. I’m delighted his taxi man went off to get a sandwich and left him lingering in the forecourt.
