Bradley Simmonds #2 Washes his face with Guinness, rubs some Spam into it, then lets it bake in the sun

I wonder how long they've been together? I'd say they're pretty serious already since he has decided to up sticks and move to Dubai.

He may have found 'the right female' as he likes to say, and if that's the case things could move pretty quickly between them. I don't know that I can see him staying in Dubai long-term. If this leads to marriage, I predict a return to London and then he'll live between there and the Cotswolds and have a few kids. Basically the life Nims wants.

Would it kill him to dress properly for an event? He looks so out of place at that table.

6 eggs is crazy, the amount of cholesterol! Bet he's the type who doesn't believe in cholesterol 🥴

1 vegan meal should be okay after 6 eggs. As I long term vegan who consumed 135~ grams of protein today I'm honestly so protein deficient it's a miracle I can type

The number of gifted skincare products and procedures he gets and his skin looks like that. Could the 6 eggs a day be partly responsible?

I'd rather drink over the weekend than go on two massive runs. He will never read that book, if he was going to read it he should have done before she was a guest on his podcast.

It's shocking how old he looks, I'm quite a few years older than him and by no means I am looking young (mostly due to health issues, it has aged me quite a bit) but I am honestly shocked by how old he looks. He looks like he's at least in his early 40s. From what I remember he's the only one in his family looking like this right? I think I have seen his parents and sister before in a photo, they look normal? So it's not a genetic thing.

I think extreme diets and a consistently low body-fat percentage tend to mess with the skin's elasticity. Not to mention sun damage.

These bodybuilder types really love to prattle on about health and wellness while *totally* ignoring the "everything in moderation" maxim. I love eggs and will usually jump to defend their health value, but SIX in one day?!? WTF. I'd vomit.

Yes they are spots/lumps/bumps. In general that is not really a bad thing, you can't always help it, but in his case I do think there's a lot he can do to improve it. You can't undo the damage that already has been done, but he can improve his skin by taking better care of it for sure.

My aunt was a huge sunbather when she was young and never wore sunscreen. She said she would basically burn and she thought it was great because she got a tan. It was way back in the day when sunscreen was out there but not common like it is today. She said when she got a bit older, in her 30s her skin was the absolute worse after all the sunbathing, she said she always regrets not using sunscreen and sunbathing so much so she always told me not to sunbathe and to use sunscreen etc.
she's in her 60s now and you can still see it, she just has that type of skin that you know has had a lot of sun damage even though she started taking super good care of it in her early 30s. I see the same with Forky, it just looks so bad and you can't ever undo that kind of damage.
He also has a lot of lines/wrinkles, which is shocking at such a young age. It's not uncommon to have wrinkles and lines starting mid 20s, but his are really deep. It must be a combination between diet, over exercising, too much sun etc.
I don't know what he otherwise does to his face, but if he gets treatments and such (like idk peeling or something) and then goes into the sun the effect will be even worse because your skin misses an important protection layer. Terrible skin!

It could also be genetics, his face wouldn't even bother me if he wasn't such a foul and gross person. And he's got extreme physical standards for the females he's chasing, so fair is fair to call him out. He looks like a poor man's Ewan McGregor and close to his age too.

Im pale and gave up tanning by the time I was 19 cause it just wasn't happening but I did wear sunscreen and I think it helped.
