He’s shared the chapter before. It’s very much “pics or it didn’t happen”. Nothing he described is how anything would have happened, he’s got such a white knight complex

There is categorically no way on earth that a consultant would ever behave like this. Nor need to take the day off work!!!! what a complete and utter load of nonsense. Who does Dick think hes kidding here?! He bette be careful with this - posting that could get him into trouble
 
Out of everything written, to me this part tells the biggest story, hours upon hours of research, charts, everything he could find to educate himself on what having this meant, in order to be convincing in his lies.

Richard the chapter in your book about how your were told you had cancer, is just utter bollocks. Surgeons don’t tear up in front of patients. I’ve seen too many specialists now on my husband’s terminal journey, they are professional. Solitary tears don’t run down their faces, they don’t stand there showing signs they’ve clearly been crying. You live in delusion

Yes please. Did he have his guests over or did they cancel again?

I noticed from the other photos that he shares his portion sizes have got much smaller, is that because of WLS or because of reading here? Or is it because he wants his meals to look more like a fancy restaurant? I would hate to go to a meal like that and be served a portion for a hamster, especially if he hasn't washed his stoma stretching finger.

Yup. They are actually trained to be like this, its part of their job. also Dick would have been 1 patien out of maybe 100 cases that consultant would have dealt with that day. Why does he think he would be so special?! Newsflash Dick - the consultant probably forgot your name the second you left the room and moved onto the next patient. Its his job. He isnt emotionally invested in you, it doesnt reduce him
to a crying wreck.

Absolutely this. He is not the only person that they have to give heart breaking news to, probably every day. Sorry if this sounds harsh Rich, but you are just a name on a worksheet for that day.
Have met some incredible professionals in my time and not one of them has ever been blubbering all over the place.

You’re right, everyone knows what he’s like. It’s just horrible when folk with thread here act like they’ve uncovered Fred or Rosemary West because they’ve found someone who contributes here and all of their rabid ‘fans’ pile on.

I’d like to think that ripping folk off would be a far worse trait than being a Tattler but to doesn’t seem to work like that!

Full of energy driving to the shops to get provisions to make Lobster tails with caviar and steak wrapped in diamond encrusted batter?

Or absolutely dying, nearly all of his inside are now a tumor so just going to have to ring his contact at the hospice to make a reservation for two (only a little chair for Lisa though).

I am sorry to bring this back up, especially if it has already been mentioned.

He was at the hospital the day before, with a tumor growing over his stoma, went through agonizing pain for most of the night (at home), was planning on getting a place at the hospice, then the next morning Lisa goes to the gym?!

Like are these two for real? If it was my husband I would want to be by his side, I would be there for him 110% of the way if he was suffering as much as Richard has made out. The more I think about some of Lisa's actions, the more I think she is completely implicated in all of this. She knows exactly what is happening and is going along for the ride.

this surgery?! He hasnt got any. Hes got 2 small keyhole scars from WLS and his stoma, thats it. This is all just total fiction.

He’s a surgeon and they are known as Mr not Dr sorry not trying to be pedantic !!
They are actually really pissy about correct addressing of Dr’s and Mr’s and female surgeon’s are Miss regardless of being married or not. That is in the U.K. not sure about other countries ?
About the only thing he’s got right and not lied about !!
