I was thinking the same. When I was little and we got powercuts it was always so much fun! Candles lit all being together (I have older brothers who would always be in their room) so they would come out to sit with me & our parents. Felt spooky! But always a happy memory too. My parents didn’t drag us to the pub even when we had one a 10 min walk away
