Thanks @Sazza25 I had lunch after that post (cream cheese & cucumber sandwich + fruit salad for anyone interested) and then the beard finished work so we went to the pub! I've had a beer and am cooking a chilli.

Plus we bought a massive brownie and ice cream for dessert

Chocolate fiend, I like the disgustingly rich and sickly things like brownies, fudge cake etc. But also only have them like 1-2 a month cos I don't wna turn into Bison ✌

I like apple crumble. Although I’m obsessed with hot cross buns at the moment. But they have to be M&S. I got some from Asda the other day and they were like old dry sponges.

It’s actually getting better price wise. If you stick to the M&S own brand it’s competitive with other supermarkets. Its if you brand names like kelloggs or Heinz from there that are more expensive.

I only buy own brand stuff, I go asda, plus their Caribbean selection on the world food aisle is decent.
Now youm all feel sorry for how poor I am I’ll set my go fund me up

I only go because it’s literally next door to me and by the time I’ve paid transport to get to Lidl the little I would have saved isn’t worth it. The basics aren’t that much more expensive, it’s mainly just the peppa pig stuff and overly fancy crap that would do you in.

Waitrose is the only other supermarket in walking distance. Feel like @kayefeluu20 and her bestie Boris now
