It's a possibly that she was at the Brighton v Marseille game then again if she was she probably would have posted a story showing herself at the match. This is definitely weird and it makes me think that Orla and P were definitely friends as she wouldn't be commenting on her posts if they weren't. I did say the other day that P reminded me of Orla but with now knowing that she was commenting on Orla's posts it makes me feel very uncomfortable as part of me is telling me that both P and Orla are still in contact with one another despite P not commenting or liking her posts since the stalker antics came out.
