I suppose it’s easy to forget that famous people / influencers etc have feelings and may be upset by chat they see online that we may just label as futile gossip. All info spoken about on here was widely available online and no malice was meant whatsoever.

A lot worse is discussed on other threads compared to this one. This is a gossip site hence the name tattle, but we’ve obviously hit a nerve and she’s upset, so again we’re very sorry for that and she won’t be discussed again.

I’ll try and work out how to take the threads down and start a fresh. That’s all we can do

Yes agree with it being taken down & apologies for causing her to be upset. There is a help & support thread which might have the answer.


Mod edit, we don't take down threads at the request of a public figure guilting people as every single one would be deleted as they all want them gone. If you personally don't want to talk about someone then you can do that going forward on the thread

Yeah, I thought it would be the case where we couldn't take the threads down and the Mods do have a point.

I suppose the only thing we can do is close this one and start another one but I doubt we can as it is far too early to close it I suppose we can give it a try though. If we can't we will just have to continue with the thread but not mention you know who. From now on only Billy will be mentioned.

She has a great life and with a great guy, so who cares what some strangers are saying on a gossip site! I personally wouldn’t give a shit but she obviously does, so we need to respect that.

Like you I apologise for all the upset that I have caused to P but I agree whatever has been discussed on here has all been available on social media in which millions and millions of people can view. I agree she has a great life and is with a great guy and I hope that her and Billy are very happy together and I truly mean that as he deserves to be happy and with P it's clear that he loves and cares for her deeply. I personally wouldn't care either but she obviously took it to heart and it has made her very upset and I agree we need to respect that and as such she won't be mentioned on her again even if they were to get engaged etc.

According to Corriere Dello Sport which is an Italian national sports paper Napoli's next offer for Billy is expected to be around £12million + adds on and he has given the green light for a move but at the moment he's waiting for an agreement between the 2 clubs.

I reckon the minute Cajuste or Gaetano leave Napoli will go in with their offer which Brighton will accept as it's becoming apparent that they don't want to keep him. I reckon he'll be training with the first team now but by the end of the week he won't be as IMO he will be travelling to Italy for his medical etc.

I think Napoli will make another move for Billy as soon as Jens Cajuste has left the club which looks increasingly likely.

I tell you what I think Mats Hummels would be a really good signing for them as he would shore up Brighton's defence and make them much more solid unit the only problem I have though is that he is 35 and he may struggle against faster players as I don't think he has the speed that he used to but in saying that he is a really solid defender and can pop up with important goals.

£20 million seems much more realistic then the £12 million that has been reported as I thought that that fee was far too low whereas £20 million is just about right. If he does go to Napoli and it is indeed for £20 million then Brighton have made another good profit as they only got him from Chelsea for £9 million.

You know what reading what this twitter account has posted before I reckon there is some serious truth in this as they has just got the Dani Olmo to Barcelona deal spot on and the Conor Gallagher to Atlético Madrid deal spot on as well. Plus this person is the same reporter who posted about Mats Hummels potentially going to Brighton. I reckon this reporter is the real deal.

Yep, his wages at Napoli will be much higher than what he is getting at Brighton and let's face it he deserves this move and you have to admit Brighton have a very good business strategy as they always make money back on their players. I mean they even made money back on Pascal Gross as they bought him for £3 million but sold him for £8 million.

Billy’s mate Adam Idah might be signing permanently for Celtic as well. He was decent for us last season on loan, got us out of a hole a few times. Apparently he deliberately missed his flight out to pre season with Norwich to force the move, which is a pretty bad attitude if true.

I have no idea as to what's going on with this move but it has gone very quiet as since Wednesday nothing has been mentioned about Napoli reaching an agreement with Brighton. I don't think he's in Italy either but I still think a move is on the cards it's just taking a little bit longer than usual.

Yeah, I noticed that whilst he isn't involved in the friendly against Villarreal he is at the Amex.

The fact he isn't involved at all makes me certain that the Napoli move is still on because if it wasn't I think he would have started. I wonder if it's taking longer because there might be a hold up with the Cajuste deal etc.

Yep, I think Napoli are waiting for the Cajuste deal to be completed before they make a new bid.
