I don’t believe that wean has autism anyway. He’s got a diagnosis off the back of his maws terrible parenting. I seen her live a couple of weeks ago and her daughter was telling her to wake the wean up at 1pm and she just laughed. If he was in a proper routine he would thrive…just like he was on holiday. Up early for the sun and pool, and in his bed at a decent time. But his maw wants to sit up all night and sleep all morning so it suits her to blame his ‘autism’.

The waiting list for an assessment is at least a 2 year wait in some places. She’s a joke. Social work should be all over her.

Mental Health services in my area are overrun with people requesting ADHD assessment; the Community Mental Health Teams should be dealing with severe & enduring mental illness. And if you do get a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD - there is no post diagnostic support.
