Autistic person has meltdown after overstimulating themselves for multiple days. How astonishing. How impossible for even a super genius like Bex to predict.

I have to schedule myself a day off (which means working at the weekend instead for me) after all day meetings at work just to recover my equilibrium because of the social/pda/sensory triggers. Because even though I'm autistic I'm a grown up with responsibilities and have to manage my energy.
