Bex Wolfnsunflowers #11 Hopefully you'll have time to finish your book now, Bex!

Sadly I didn’t get any screenshots - rookie error. But I’ll share some of the memorable things I observed. Most of it was very boring. Xbox/gamer related, posts related to the IVA… all quite mundane.

- Someone in her circle thinks the kid has a tit dirt, she wanted advice on what other people feed their kids.
- A post gushing about all of Naandrew’s green flags, including the fact that he always buys in orange juice even though he doesn’t drink it, and. he never has a go at her, even when she’s being annoying. He also doesn’t make a big deal about her escalator phobia.
- The volunteering work she’s been doing is at a community kitchen, cooking for vulnerable people. She is hoping to find something similar after the move to Glasgow in July and was asking for recs for places that offer similar opportunities.
- Was in search of dirty book recs for her man, who is into those types of stories as long as there is a bit of action to the stories.

Well - it’s quite the move - for someone who has such severe anxiety she can’t drive alone in strange places without crashing her car. And is so disabled she can’t work. But yes - the child is isolated enough so as to not be as disrupted so there is that.

Nice to know that her speed of deletion reflects she still avidly reads here - hey Bex, ya thief - when’s your pamphlet coming out?

Just to note, the benefit system in Scotland is different, so she will likely get an additional benefit (Scottish Child Payment) for kiddo as well as their disability benefits which will transfer.
It’s a shame she’s never considered working. It’ll be a sure shock to Naandrew when she’s up his ass 24/7. And not in the way he likes it.

Her 'escalator phobia' 😂
Let me guess. She stands at the top or bottom making a big fuss and attention seeking.
Tbf I had an escalator phobia when I was about 6. I thought if you didn't jump clear you could be sucked into the workings. I got over it.

Same! My mum always told me I had to jump and told me horror stories about children getting their legs sucked in. For years I was always nervous when we got to the end of the escalator, and did a giant dramatic leap over the end 😂

Which subReddit was this? The subReddit in which people who love themselves sick pretend they're on XWitter with their little echo chamber?

The one I found her on was r/BenefitsAdviceUK under a post about how parents spend their child’s DLA. She was having a conversation with someone about replacing tablets and other tech when kids are destructive and she mentioned the nintendo switch and how her kid’s one had been destroyed in a car crash in February… I thought no no, it couldn’t be… surely not… and lo and behold, there she was. I guess now that the account has been scrubbed it probably is ok to share the username? If someone could confirm that would be great as I don’t want to get in trouble.

I'd say no need for that! That's such a coincidence. Benefits advice LOL she would have been in her element, like a pig (in lipstick) in the mud, dishing out patronising advice and frantically taking notes on what else she could spin/apply for

It's important to clarify I'm disparaging BEX based on her grift, and *not* the subReddit and its folk generally

I'm fine with escalators when they are working but I suddenly come over all wobbly having to walk down the very long ones on the Tube when they are out of order 😬

That's correct, you still get Child benefit and Universal credit from UK government too. It's quite a bit more money. The forms are not as stringent either. DWP forms used to take me 7 hours. SCDP takes two hours at most. That is good thing if you are an exhausted parent who is short on time due to caring duties but it makes it easier for grifters. They still require supporting evidence from medical professionals and schools though. It's also at least a 2 year waiting list just to have your CAHMS referral looked at. The schools for children with complex additional needs are oversubscribed. I don't know if the situation is as bad in England but her son might miss out on vital help if she relocates.

If she does relocate, it's going to end up like guest and Leggy. When Bex inevitably gets kicked out on her arse, where will she and her poor son go? I imagine her parents won't take them in.
