So today she ‘needed to get out the house.’ Instead of taking F to do something for him, something stimulating for his mind like sensory or soft play, she went duh duh duuuuh you guessed it! Shopping! It’s probably why he isn’t sleeping, his brain hasn’t been stimulated and he just gets plonked in his pram or in front of the tv.

that’s because she needs the next size, maybe 2, up. But won’t admit that to herself. Try the right size on and abracadabra it’ll fit!Then after trying a dress ‘in her size’ that doesn’t fit she gets something nutritious to eat.
