Why on this Earth would anyone take out a £25k loan to go on what’s essentially a holiday? (Apologies Mickymouseclubhouse I know you’re providing the info and this isn’t aimed at you) but I think I’m actually more disappointed in him. A finance guy; not owning his own home but yet spending a £25k loan on a holiday? I mean she’s thick as duck but he’s a finance guy. I just do not comprehend or understand this in the slightest

Jesus! Well I feel like I am going to be super woman compared to this lump.

When I go back to work, I have 12 hour night shifts where I won’t be sleeping in the day in preparation as I will be with my child. I will have day shifts getting up at 4-5am after getting up in the night with her, it’s life. It’s part of being a mum. She’s really got on my tits!
She has a 9-5 job.

That money could be used for so much more, like saving towards a house deposit, yes she could say they are saving for that too, but they’d be able to save more, more quickly if they weren’t paying stupid money for DVC. No consideration for anything but herself.

No offence taken, I'm a DVC member, and a Finance guy too :p But I bought resale with cash, and we have less than 50% of our mortgage left to pay.

Amazing; enjoy it you’ve earned it and paid for it! :) tbh I’d love to be in that position one day where I can get it with cash; would be incredible; so you’ll have to give us some tips :) I wouldn’t take a loan out to pay for it though 🫣 especially when I’m on maternity leave/unemployed like Beth is (I’m on maternity leave currently and absolutely shitting it about money to tell you the truth as I’ve never been without a regular income)

She’s that lazy, she probably thinks now f is in nursery she doesn’t have to do that stuff with him. Not that she’s missing out on development opportunities, bonding time, something lovely for f to do etc.

If it doesn’t fit in with her life she isn’t doing it.
 
Turns out F’s sleep hasn’t been great. Could be a regression, but doesn’t she let him nap for as long as possible? That’ll be a big cause of early wakings.

They have been to choose a Christmas tree. It’s cold and wet out today. So much so Betty has a couple of layers on plus a MASSIVE coat.

Then there’s F, in a babygrow and jumper!! WTF?!

Find it really hard to sympathise when many women have full time jobs on top of a baby that doesn’t sleep tbh! She does let him nap as long as possible and loves it when he’s out the way. She infuriates me and is quite honestly a terrible mother
