She must be trying to prove something but I’m not sure what. I really don’t think any rational person would think less of a woman who just had a c-section taking it easy for several weeks. Does she want headpats because she’s taken Waffle to Nando’s when he’s still fresh? I don’t get it.

Also a bit of a kick in the teeth to other new mum’s who can’t fit in their jeans yet?
Anyone can say they fit in their jeans when those jeans are like clown pants made in denim 🤔

I've stuck up for her before with the things she's done with Francis that alot of people dont agree with. I feel if they are safe, dry and warm take a baby where you want but this isn't safe not just for Francis but for her. She could of easily slipped in all that mud and injured Francis or herself.
A csection is a massive piece of surgery, if she'd of slipped she would of hurt herself all for a bloody tree!

Gosh you’re right I never even realised how muddy and slippy that looks and she’s just wearing normal boots by the looks of things. I have never ever known someone to take a newborn baby out so much!?

I have to say I didn't fully agree with everyone's criticism at first because she was only really going out for daily walks and stopping off at the shops while she was out. If she'd not gone out I feel like she'd have been criticised for that too.

It's hard for me to compare what I did with my first because he was born during COVID so we hardly went out and when we did it was just our daily allowed exercise 🙄 I didn't take him near the shops for months because I was terrified.
I also didn't have a c section so I can't speak for that but I did find my recovery tougher than she seems to be and I wasn't up and out anywhere near as fast or as much, I don't know if that was because of COVID though.

So I was kind if on her side a little bit until this weekend. I feel the painting and Christmas tree shopping in the pissing down rain is too much and the "dressing my post partum body reels" are irritating. They could have picked their tree any other day and after seeing the weather I don't know why they didn't call it off and decide to go a different day. She's thinking more about the insta content than her own health and baby.

So I currently live in the same town as Beth and it has honestly not stopped raining for days. A lot of the farms were even posting on Facebook warning people that the fields are too muddy to walk in. Absolutely mental to even go out of the house in this weather with how wet and windy it is, never mind to a field for a Christmas tree!
