The thing is if I was one of her clients and saw her bleeping around all day I would have absolutely zero trust in her. Not to mention the fact she had a bleeping team reporting into her. I would be furious if that was my manager.
She also seemed pretty adamant she didn’t want to go back into the office and I don’t get the impression that everyone else was remote. It would t surprise me if that was a possible factor.

Yes, sorry. That’s what I meant. We had cuts at my company and I volunteered redundancy instead of having an internal move because I wanted to leave anyway. I got 2 months pay as that was my notice period which is quite long. However it’s labelled for her, I would assume she just got 1 months pay as that’s the standard notice period, plus left over AL (probably not much giving timing of the year and her vegas trip) Hence all the vinted selling and doing interviews now. But of course, she’s so deluded and full of herself she spins it like it’s not her fault.

She’s been a lazy pisstaking slob since she came back from Florida last year. First day back and she’s got ‘Covid’ and too sick to work yet she’s on instragram all day filming reels, posting tit and uploading a million stories….if she’s well enough to do that then she’s well enough to sit in front of her laptop working from bed.

That’s just 1 example but there’s been a few times she’s pulled sickies and not well enough to work but at the same time filming reels/going out/on Instagram all day. I’m surprised she’s not been sacked sooner tbh

I totally missed the "too much" comment. what was this relating to? her boss said that?
It was. She said she had a performance review and got told she was too much

Imagine working with her and seeing her upload on her own Instagram (including AD’s etc) regularly during working hours. It was all day everyday not the odd post her and there.
I would snitch on her tbh. I wonder if some one has. ‘Too much’ personal social media maybe? It could potentially be a reason to get rid within a business. My own contract says we aren’t to discuss our jobs on social media and she does that a lot too.

Exactly! Everyone has a personality and their own way of working, but a company would at the very least expect that you work hard and try to listen to constructive feedback. She’s completely ignorant and lazy as tit!!

I cannot imagine working with (or even being around) the kind of person you says ‘you do you hun ✌’ 🤢🤢

Reading this again, it’s so vague on purpose! Clearly there’s a lot more to it than being too much… otherwise it wouldnt be EVERY JOB. I bet she’s just a bleep and at the same time not very good at her job . She’s never had a promotion, maybe if she took feedback onboard she would.

I would be bleeping livid if I saw my manager bleeping around on IG filming shopping reels and telling people what she has for lunch every day during working hours. It's one thing to shirk responsibility but it's another to do when you're in charge of people.

No wonder she has time to hide her stories from half us here because we don’t follow her! She must have quite a buffer she’s burning through to take “the time to decide” what she wants to do

I wonder if she’ll find it hard to get a new job given what she posts online and a reference from her old job! It must have been quite a thing to be fired like, is she not embarrassed about it?

What actually was her job anyway?
Affiliate marketing. She worked for Awin when she lived in London. So, you know when an influencer posts referral links to clothes, sometimes you’ll see ‘awin’ in the URL bar as it redirects their links onto somewhere like ASOS.
Not sure what her exact role was or what affiliate marketing actually involves in terms of tasks but it was manager/lead level. She does not seem competent enough to lead teams.
