Hopefully this is a reality check for her. Managing just about 2km in half an hour is very slow and she was so out of breath. No point walking if she’s just gonna come home and stuff her face either.

I think she didn’t really walk that long. She just sat on a bench or something I bet her heart rate is 114 resting- healthy is up to 100

Is 114 her resting heart rate in the car too? Or her rate when she was walking? I have a Fit Bit so unsure about Apple watch readings

It will be her heart rate at that point in time. So if she’s just finished walking, that will be her heart rate coming back down to her resting rate.

I’m fat (size 20) and barely ever wear a coat tbf but I’m usually pushing a mobility pushchair around and it’s like a full body work out. If I wasn’t pushing that around I’d deffo have a coat on even though I hate the damn things. She looked like she was massively struggling. From her TikTok I thought she’d walked a few miles, it just crippled me to see it was only just over one mile. How the hell can she not see that she has issues
