16 minutes for 1km. 16 minutes for ONE KM? In 30 mins she went just over one mile Normal walking pace is about 3-4mph. She is at a very helfy 2 Fair fucks though, least she's moving. I'll sure it'll be May before she repeats this.

She makes out like a walk is a massive achievement ffs, I drive and have a car but I go for a walk every day
1 because I have an active dog who needs 2 walks a day
2 I have an almost 7 year old who’s is autistic and very very energetic so a walk after school wears him out
3 improves my mental health

She defo didn’t walk for 30 minutes, no way she’d have managed it. Probably walked for 15 and then sat waving her fat flipper around in her car for 15 to make it look good

Yeah I have a Fitbit too, shall we do some deductions My mum has Apple Watch and they seem to judge you a bit harsher? Like only count ‘active’ calories

Guys I’m not just being a smartwatch dullard, this could give us some real clues to how much food Bison really puts away trust us

I’m massive but not quite bison level and mine’s 130 approx on a brisk walk. At the pace we saw her moving it literally wouldn’t even be 100

It was changing and went down from 121 to 114 during the video so it’ll be her heart rate at the time of recording. Meaning her heart rate during the walk will have been a lot higher if she was still at 121 after sitting down in the car

It's like when she went to the gym and said she did an hour in the gym then pool for 30 minutes. It's just not possible for someone who gets out of breath just from talking.
