I've just been watching Chernobyl. Barry has definitely had stuff done to his face since then, although I'm not entirely sure what. He looks really different, and it's not ageing.

I really don't understand the appeal of buccal fat removal. Subcutaneous fat on the face helps keep everything smooth and youthful. Having all your cheek fat hoovered out is going to make you look really haggard a few years down the line.

My bet that the next chapter of this trainwreck is going to be a designer sponsored shotgun wedding is back on. Not a legally binding one, so the "divorce" can be sorted quickly.
